As indicated in the title, this table displays the differences between the planetary apogees of the planets and the solar apogee: see Table 9. The apogees of the planets and the Sun are listed in Table 2 and we reproduced them in Table 2A, above.

Chapter 8 (ed. 1526) reproduces the entries in Table 9 with no further explanation, but we observe that they were obtained by subtracting the radix of the solar apogee for year 16 A.D. (1,11;32,8°) from each of the radices of the planetary apogees for the same date listed in Table 2A. Thus, for Saturn, 2,41;58,19° = 3,53;30,27° - 1,11;32,8°, and similarly for the rest of the planets. And this is indeed the explicit instruction given in the planetary tables, below, where we read, Pro habenda auge [symbol for Saturn] adde auge [symbol for the Sun] 2,41;58,19°, in the case of Saturn.7 For the rest of the planets, similar instructions are given, but not for Venus.
