To provide more detailed examples of spacecraft design, we'll look at two actual spacecraft—FLTS ATCOM [Reeves, 1979] and HEAO-B [Frazier, 1981] and use our estimating techniques to describe them. Figure 10-3 shows the basic configuration of these spacecraft and their principal mission parameters.
