in the Mediterranean. All are different versions of modern electronic charting. The up-to-date Navionics chart shows an island at the head of the bay. The very old C-Map chart shows no island and the latest C-Map chart shows the reality. Compare all these with the Google Earth photograph.
So the first 'rule of using electronic charting' is 'caveat emptor'.
