Wrttemberg

1989 AE7. Discovered 1989 Jan. 10 by F. Borngen at Tautenburg.

Named for a region in southwestern Germany that includes both parts of the Schwarzwald, the Schwäbische Alb and the Alpenvorland. Both Johannes Kepler and Albert Einstein {see, respectively, planets (1134) and (2001)} were born in this region of Baden-Wärttem-berg, as were the poets Martin Wieland, Friedrich Schiller, Friedrich Häolderlin and Eduard Mäorike {see, respectively, planets (8108), (3079), (9189) and (9204)}. The major towns in Wuärttemberg include Stuttgart, Täbingen, Ulm and Heilbronn. (M 24123; M 25351)
